About Us
Who We Are & What Sets Us Apart
At Well Rested Sleep Specialists, we believe better sleep leads to better living. As the only female-owned sleep practice in the area, we take pride in offering personalized, compassionate care for those navigating sleep-related challenges.
Our approach is different. Where many clinics offer a one-size-fits-all solution, we prioritize tailored treatment plans based on each patient’s specific needs and lifestyle. In addition to traditional options, we provide alternatives to CPAP therapy and ensure continued support well beyond the initial diagnosis or device setup. That means you don’t just leave with a prescription—you leave with a plan, a partner, and a team that follows up.
With a foundation in proven care and focus on meaningful outcomes, we’re committed to helping you sleep well and live fully—because quality rest is essential to healthy living.
